Time for a timeout

After a very restless sleep we decided to eat out for breakfast.  The boys were hunting a hot breakfast which is difficult to find in Europe - they prefer cold meat and cheese and salad.  Additionally most places dont open till late so at 0800 in the morning it was a bit hard to find anything open.

After breakfast we decided to do something different today.  Weather was also a factor as it started to drizzle quite early.  We decided to make use of the gym membership that comes with this accommodation.  It was a couple of streets away and was a health club and spa.  Tony decided he needed to do a cardio workout on the stationary bike, and Nate and I the water.

The club was quite lovely with every thing you needed both in fitness equipment and also in the change rooms. Nate and I spent a bit of time in the cold swimming pool but then discovered the spa.....ahhh 36 degrees of warm water and bubbles.

We returned feeling invigorated and freshened up so it was a great choice.  It was then time to go do some grocery shopping so Nate and I took off for a walk.  At the end of this street there is a pretty decent supermarket which is handy.  We got our supplies and then wandered back to the flat.  I had a go at trying to make toasted sandwiches in the oven with  moderate success - I burned the bread and my hand.

We spent the afternoon doing various things - blogging, reading, and doing more washing.  Were 100% restocked with clean clothes now which is great!

For dinner we decided to try the buffet place next door as they had a number of different Hungarian foods including goulash soup, veal stew and dumplings.  It also came with unlimited drinks so quite good value and great for trying a few different foods.  Sorry no photos as we were too hungry and didn't stop for pictures.
